Allocation of $20,000 under Account No. 245-365- 57705, approved in 1990/91 Sewer Line Construction Fund Budget. Resolution No. 92-183 of an Agreement with created by Parcel Map June, 1990 06-01-92 adopted authorizing execution Marilyn Carlson, for parcels No. 13320. Recommended motion: 1. That the plans for installation of a sewer main in Sepulveda Avenue, north of 50th Street, in accordance with Plan No. 8745, be approved; and the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be authorized to advertise for bids. 2. The project consists of installing a sewer main to provide service to the Beach residence, at 5060 Sepulveda Avenue, and the two parcels that were created by Parcel Map No. 13320. Below is an estimate of the total project cost. Construction Contract Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1893) Sub-Total Contingencies (15%)! TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ l8,976 3,000 21,976 3,024 25,000 $ $ An amount of $20,000 has been allocated in the Sewer Line Construction Fund, under Account No. 245-365-57705, to finance the costs that will be incurred for this project. It is proposed to transfer the sum of $5,000, from Account No. 245-365-57704, "City's Share of Sewer Extensions," in order to provide suffi- cient funds to cover the total estimated project cost. All costs are to be reimbursed by the adjoining property owners. An Agreement with Marilyn Carlson was approved at the Council meeting of 6-1-92, and an Agreement is being negotiated with the Beaches. We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids. 6-17-92 5.0264
