There is hereby created the San Bernardino Garden ColIaborative Food Policy Council ("Food Policy Council") which shalI consist of fifteen (15) members, each appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Common Council, and each serving at the 11 pleasure of the Mayor and Common Council. 12 SECTION 2. Hold public meetings to gather input on issues of concern regarding food 14 security with the general public and other interested individuals. 15 16 17 E.
