Dear Mr. Hardgrave:
Regarding this project; we are resoectt'ullyrequesting an
exemption on underground electrical at this time based on.
the formation of an Assessment District to create funds
for implementation at a later date.
We will be pleased to cooperate in any manner with the City
in order to comply with its long range plans..
