"n" Street San Bernardino, Calif. 9241c Dear Mr. Schweitzer: Per our conversation the other week, this letter comes as a reQuest for Triple H Ranch Homes to be placed on the next agenda of the City of San Bernardino. On July 10,1987, Triple H Ranch Homes purchased sewer capacity rights for three homes tobe constructed on tract number 13296 for $1,620.00 per lot. Shortly after we purchased these rights, the City of San Bernardino put a hold on our project that was illegal, creating a delay to our project. Now the sewer fees have increased to $2,260.00 per lot. We are requesting that Triple H Ranch Homes be put on the next city agenda and that the Mayor and Common Council direct staff to reinburse us for the difference between the $2,260.00 and the $1,620.00. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter. Should you have any questions or need any more back-up information, please feel free to give me a call. President 1860 West Home Avenue.
