Re: Sewer Service request for 4380 David Way
We have applied for city sewer service at the above
several times and have been denied by the Board
Commissioners each time, the latest date being 3/12/87.

We have spoken with L.A.F.C.a. about annexing our property to the
City of San Bernardino; they have discouraged us due to the fact

We are appealing to the Mayor and Council to overturn the water
