2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3985, ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION...PROHIBITING
3 PARKING UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR PORTIONS THEREOF...,"
TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF LYNWOOD DRIVE
4 BETWEEN THE NORTHEAST CURBLINE OF BELVEDERE AVENUE AND THE WEST
CURBLINE OF ROCKFORD AVENUE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
6 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I,
Resolution No. 3985, which prohibits
8 parking upon certain designated streets or portions thereof,
9 Section One, Subsection 20.8 LYNWOOD DRIVE is amended to read:

20.8 LYNWOOD DRIVE
(a) Between the Northeast curbline of Belvedere Avenue
12 and the West curbline of Victoria Avenue.
13 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
14 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
15 Bernardino at a
meeting thereof, held on
