STAFF REPORT
On March 12,1987, this office received a request from the Fire Department
for changing the name of 31st Street, between Hidalgo Drive and Mary Ann
Lane, to Del Norte Drive.
On June 1, 1987, your Honorable Body authori zed thi s offi ce to proceed wi th
the name change. Each Department of the City, including the Fire department,
was notified of the proposed change by memo on July 24, 1987, and they have
a 11 approved of the change.
There are no homes along this portion of 31st Street that have a 31st Street
address, thus no address changes would be necessary.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CHANGING THE NAME OF 31ST
STREET, BETWEEN HIDALGO DRIVE AND MARY ANN LANE, TO DEL NORTE DRIVE, WITH AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER I, 1987.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the name of 31st Street, between Hidalgo Drive and
Mary Ann Lane, be, and the same is hereby changed to read Del Norte Drive,
with an effective date of October I, 1987.
SECTION TWO: The City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino shall cause
a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
meeting thereof held on the
