AMORTIZATION OF ADULT USES REGULATION - The Commit- tee recommended approval of the section in the ordinance which was presented. 2. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT - POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVES TO FUNCTIONS OF RISK MANAGEMENT DIVISION In the interest of time, the Committee directed the City Administrator to go forward with the recruiting of a Risk Manager. The Committee will ask the full Council to ratify this action on September 8th. The City Attorney will be included in the selection and review process. The City Administrator and City Attorney will work together to review the Risk Manager's job descrip- tion, reporting responsibilities and authority lines. This result and recommendations will be brought back to the Committee. 3. POLICE AUTOMOBILE POLICY - Continued. Purchasing Agent and Garage Equipment Superintendent will attend the next meeting. 4. GENERAL VEHICLE USAGE REPORT- Administratror will review the list and recommendations back to the Committee. Continued. City bring specific 5. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE - Continued. 6.
