STAFF REPORT
On November 17, 1986, the Mayor and Common Council made
findings that a focussed EIR would be required for the
Stubblefield project (29 acres generally located between
the northern terminus of Lapraix and northern terminus of
Citrus). Mr. Stubblefield was subsequently advised that
he would have to submit an application for a conditional
use permit. Please advise Mr. Stubblefield of what he
needs to do to submit an application for conditional use
permit and to initiate the EIR process; then put the matter
back on the Environmental Review Committee Agenda.
