NO. 3985, ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION...PROHIBITING PARKING
UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREET OR PORTIONS THEREOF..." TO
ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SI~E OF HERRINGTON AVENUE
BETWEEN A POINT 110 FEET SOUTH OF CURBLINE OF TWENTY-FIRST STREET
