STAFF REPORT
On August 6, 1984, a resolution was adopted accepting
the dedication of all streets and easements as shown on Map of
Tract No. 10600. A IS-foot sewer and drainage easement on the
east side of Lot No. 23 of said Tract was part of the easement
dedicated to and accepted by the City of San Bernardino.
This easement was only for temporary purposes, until
the tract east of said Tract No. 10600 was to be developed and
a new sewer lift station and drainage installed. The tract east
of Tract No. 10600 has been developed and the new sewer lift
station and drainage are now in use. A determination has been
made that the easement on Lot 23 of Tract No. 10600 is no longer
necessary.
In response to a request from the property owners of
said Lot 23, Willie L. Evans and Reponzel Z. Evans, husband and
wife, it is recommended that the attached Quitclaim Deed be
executed, releasing the City's interest in said easement.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR A SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT SOUTH OF CHRISTINE
STREET, EAST OF PINE AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: '
SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute a Quitclaim Deed
to Willie L. Evans and Reponzel Z. Evans, husband and wife, a sewer and
drainage easement that is no longer needed by the City of San Bernardino.
SECTION TWO: That the said Quitclaim Deed referred to herein, a copy
of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and is hereby referred to
and made a part hereof as fully as though set out at length herein, is
hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City
of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
meeting thereof held on the

being lengthened or shortened to terminate on the Northerly line of said lot on the North~
and the Northerly line of that certain 50 foot drainage easement, as dilineated on the Map
of said Tract, on the South.
