2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS BY THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
4 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
5 SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
6 Bernardino do hereby approve the destruction of certain records
7 by the ,City Clerk's Office, a list of which is attached hereto as
8 Exhibit nAn, and incorporated herein by reference as though fully
9 set forth at length.
10 SECTION 2. It is hereby found and determined that the
11 records are no longer needed, and that they may be destroyed
12 pursuant to Government Code Section 34090, upon written consent
13 of the City Attorney.
14 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
15 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
16 Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on
