I feel very privileged to reaffirm our coaaittaent to the
participation In the San Bernardino Hotel Project.
Even though we w111 assign the Hotel and above agreement onee to
the Mits~bishl International Corporation (HIC), it 1s aerely for
introducing the funds necessary to coaplete the Projeot, and we
hereby pledge that we will repurchase the Hotel from HIe upon
1ta coapletion. Repurchaeeaent Agreement: has been executed
between Haruko Ine and MIe on thIs August 1, a copy of which
will be ~el1vered to you for your reference.
BeSides, we can assert you ~hat HIC 1$ quite familiar with the
construction of convention type botel and they will render their
proffessional workaanship on our behalf.
