1. CITY DEMOLITION POLICY Item continued. The
Committee discussed the recommended policy and referred it to
the Board of Building Commissioners for their review/comments
and suggestions prior to it coming back to Committee. Mr.
Richardson was asked to review and coordinate the policy and
time guidelines with the City Attorney's Office. Input to be
submitted to Committee as soon as possible.
2. DISCUSSION OF DESIGN REVIEW AND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
COMMITTEES Item continued. The Committee was briefed by
the Planning Director but due to time constraints the brief-
ing was not completed. Item scheduled for August 6.
