RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO N4ENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 10584 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION . . .
ESTABLISHING. . . EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS. . ."; BY
ADDING, DELETING AND CHANGING THE TITLE OF CERTAIN
POSITIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CLASSIFICATION STUDY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 10584, Section 17.6, Sub-
3~ction (A) is amended to read as follows:
"(Al Middle-Management employees, as defined in
Section 3 hereof, shall include those individuals per-
forming the functions or occupying the positions as listed
below and are a part of the Middle-Management Group:
