STAFF REPORT
On the 18th and 19th of DeceJllber 1984, a 21-member Northwest PAC was elected,
representing homeowners, resident tenants, business owners, business tenants and
community based organizations of the Sixth Ward.
The NW PAC is charged with reviewing and evaluating development activities within
their project area and making advisory recommendations to the Mayor and Common
Council.
On March 25, 1987, a second election was held for the ten seats of those members
who had 2-year terms. As a result of the March 25 election, only three incumbents
won re-election.
Staff has prepared a special resolution for the Mayor and Common Council to
present to the departing members, thanking them for their service.
The names of these _bers follow: Charles Armisted, TOIII Chandler, Bobby
Henderson, Belva Holder, Fidencio Mejia, Lupe S. Miranda, and Lita Pezant.
