SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Eunicipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the southwest corner of Caroline Street and
10 Waterman Avenue, is rezoned from M-1, Light Industrial District
11 to C-M, commercial Manufacturing District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
That portion of the north one-half of Lot 4, Block 65,
Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
l1ap recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said Lot 4,
560 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot;
thence west parallel with the north line of said Lot,
1,215.23 feet: thence south parallel with the east
line of said Lot, 716.90 feet, more or leas, to the
south line of the north one-half of said Lot; thence
east along the south line of the north one-half of
said Lot, 1,215.23 feet to the east line of said Lot;
thence north along said east line, 716.90 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion as conveyed to the
County of San Bernardino by deed recorded July 1,
1960 in Book 5l75, page 430, Official Records.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
