8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the south side of Evans Street approximately
11 194 feet east of the centerline of Water~n Avenue, is rezoned
12 from R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential Distric.t to A-P,
13 Administrative Professional District:
14 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
15 California, described as follows:
16 Parcel No.1: That portion of Lot 3, Block 40, of the
Rancho San Bernardino, as per Map recorded in Book 7 of
17 t~aps, Page 2, Records of said County described as follows:
18 Beginning at a point on the south line of sdLd Lot 3,
Block 40, Rancho San Bernardino, 258.75 feet east of
19 the southwest corner thereof; thence east 203.40 feet;
thence north 299.8 feet: thence west l40 feet; thence
20 south parallel with the west line of said lot, 149.8
feet to a point; thence west parallel with the south
21 line of said lot 63.40 feet to a point which is north
150 feet from the point of beginning; thence south 150
22 feet to the point of beginning.
23 Parcel No.2: That portion of Lot 3, Block 40, of the

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

10 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
13 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
14 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
15 is hereby approved and adopted.
