ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING TITLE 18
I OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING THAT ADDITIONAL
3 INFORMATION CAN BE FILED OR RECORDED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE
FINAL OR PARCEL MAP.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 18.24.095 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code is added to read as follows:

"18.24.095 Requirement of filing or recording additional
information with final map.
A condition may be imposed on each tentative map which
requires that additional information be filed with the City
Engineer. The Department of Public Works/City Engineer shall
have such information recorded simultaneously with the final
or parcel map.
Additional survey and map information may
include, but shall not be limited to, building setback lines,
flooding and zones, seismic lines and setbacks, geologic
mapping and archaeological s'ites.
The additional information may be in the form of a
separate document or in an additional map sheet which shall
indicate its relationship to the final or parcel map, and
shall contain a statement that the additional information is

for informational purposes, describing conditions as of the

date of filing, and is not intended to affect record title

interest. The document or additional map sheet may also

contain notations that the additional information is derived

from public records or reports, and does not imply the
correctness or sufficiency of those records or reports by the
preparer of the document or additional map sheet."

SECTION 2. section 18.28.250 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is added to read as follows:
"18.28.250 Requirement of filing and recording
additional information with parcel map.
A condition may be imposed on each tentative map which
requires that additional information be filed with the City
