STAFF REPORT
Tentative Tract No. 12958 was approved by the Planning
Commi ssion on April 2, 1985.
At the m~eting of the Mayor and Common Council on June 17,
1985. the hearing on the appeal was closed and affirmed the
decision of the Planning Commission.
Tentative Tract No. 12958 is a one-hundred twelve (112 lot).
single-family, residential subdivision.
The r e qui red imp r 0 v em e n t s. s e cur i tie s. and C e r t i f i c a te 0 f
Insurance have been filed with this office. and the prescribed
fees have been paid. Also. the grading plan has been completed
and approved. and the improvement plan has been prepared and
wi 11 be approved.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be substantially
in compliance with the Tentative Map and the Subdivision Map
Act. Therefore. we recommend that the Final Map be approved.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN 8ERNARDINO APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP FOR SUBDIVISION TRACT NO. 12958. LOCATED SOUTH OF
KENDALL DRIVE. APPROXIMATELY 3.400 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE
OF lITTLE MOUNTAIN DR IVE. ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC DEDICATIONS AS
SET FORTH ON SAID MAP; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID SUB-
'DIVISION. WITH TIME FOR PERFORMANCE SPECIFIE~
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOllOWS:
SECTION 1:
The Mayor and Common Council find that
proposed Subdivision Tract No. 12958. located ISouth of Kendall

Drive. apprOXimately 3.400 feet East of th'e centerline of
Little Mountain Drive. together with the provisions for its

design and improvements. is consistent with the General Plan of
the City of San Bernardino.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City o,f San Bernardino
is authorized on behalf of said City to exec~te the standard

form of agreement adopted by Resolution No. 84-8 with Block
Bros. Industries (U.S.A.) Inc.. for the i mproveme'lts in said
subdivision tract as are required by Title 18 of the San
Bernardino Municipal Code and the Cal ifornia Subdivision Map
Act. The time for performance is specified at 2,4 months. Said
improvements are specifically described and shown on Drawings
No. 6792, 6801 and 6798. approved and on fi le: in the Offi ce of
the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION 3: The Final Map of said subdivision tract is
hereby approved and the City of San Bernardino hereby accepts
as public property all dedications within the subdivision as
shown on said Final Map for streets. alleys, (including access
