STAFF REPORT
A 5% increase was approved by Counc il on 3/24/87 for the
management classification of Director of Risk Management.
The position is currently vacant and we have encountered
significant recruitment problems. The attached Resolution
provides a 5% increase by moving this classification from
Range 4147 ($2998-3654) to Range 4151 ($3149-3837).
