RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING A DEPOSIT FOR USE OF BARRICADES DURING THE CONDUCT OF PARADES WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Deposit - Barricades. A. Pursuant to Section 12.56.120 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, a barricade deposit shall be required by the sponsor of a parade in the following amount: $5.00 per barricade B. The deposit shall be returned after the parade if the barricades are returned to City in the same condition as existed prior to the parade. C. The deposit may be waived by the Mayor and Common Council if a determination is made that the deposit will impose a financial hardship on the parade sponsor. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on the day of , 1987, by the following vote, to wit: / / / / / / / / 2/2/87 1
