Authorize Deputy Chief Richard A. Moon to attend the joint meeting (Arizona/California/
Nevada) of the Southern Area Fire Equipment Research (SAFER) organization. April 23
through April 25. 1987. in Las Vegas. Nevada. Chief Moon is a member of the Board
of the Southern California group.
