This is in response to your attached memo.
The Parks, Recreation and Comnunity Services Department has two "lowboy"
trailers and two sets of bleachers available for the Fiesta on May 22-24.
The costs for use of these items are as follows:

2 lowboy trailers
2 sets of bleachers
$200.00
180.00
TOTAL $380.00
The above costs are related to the required cleaning, delivery and return
time of the trailer and bleachers.
Please advise if these items are to be booked for the May 22nd-24th fiesta.
