In any City election the Registrar of Voters provides certain services.
For the General Municipal Election of May 5, 1987, the Registrar of
Voters will prepare precinct lists, roster indexes and mailing labels
to the City of San Bernardino.
This resolution is the officia~ document which authorizes the Registrar
to provide these services and bill the City.

2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REQUESTING THAT
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
3 PERMIT THE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS TO RENDER SERVICES TO
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, RELATING TO A GENERAL MUNICIPAL
4 ELECTION TO BE HELD ON MAY 5, 1987.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
6 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. As authorized by Section 22003 of the
8
Elections Code of the State of California, the Mayor and
9

Common Council request that the Board of Supervisors of the
county of San Bernardino permit the County Registrar of Voters
11
to furnish services and supplies to this city for use in the
12
General Municipal Election to be held on May 5, 1987. The
13
services and supplies to be provided are mailing labels
14
15

containing the names and addresses of all registered voters,
in Wards Five, Six and Seven of the City of San Bernardino,
four indexes per polling place, -polling place roster indexes,
17
and other services as may be required by the City Clerk for
18
19
the conduct of the election.
SECTION 2.
The City shall reimburse the County of San
,

Bernardino for services performed when the work is caapleted
21
and upon presentation of a properly approved bill.

The City Clerk shall transmit certified
Registrar of Voters of the County of San Bernardino.
