LUTION NO.6413 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION....ESTABLISH-
ING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN....n~ BY ADDING, DELETING AND
CHANGING THE TITLE OF CERTAIN POSITIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
CLASSIFICATION STUDY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Twelve is
