This subdivision, however, can be tied into the existing lift station to be relocated in Tract No, 13036 and which, when upgraded by the owners of Tentative Tract No, 13436, will serve all of the area presently in Assessment District No. 962 plus the Tentative Tract No, 13436. The proposed sub- division adjoins the boundaries of Assessment District No, 962 which is already established for the same purposes, and it is the purpose of this action to amend the boundaries of the district by expanding same to include the new Tract. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed expanded area liable to be assessed for the proposed maintenance.
