STAFF REPORT
Concourse Way was dedicated to the City by Parcel Map No. 8401.
A request was received from S. P. Commercial Developments, on
November 12, 1986, to change the name to Club Way, and authori-
zation to proceed with the name change was given at your
meeting on December 8, 1986.
Each Department of the City, including the Fire Department, was
notified of the proposed change by memo on December 15, 1986,
and they have all approved of the change.
We recommend that the Resolution be adopted changing Concourse
Way to Cl ub Way.

RESOLUTION NO.
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAROINO CHANGING
THE NAME OF CONCOURSE WAY TO CLUB WAY WITHIN THE CORPORATE
3 LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That the name of Concourse Way be, and
the same is hereby, changed to read Club Way effective immed-
iately.
SECTION TWO: The City Clerk of the City of San
Bernardino shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to
be recorded in the office of the office of th~ County Recorder
of the County of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
