Clff OF SAN BERNARDQo - REQUQr FOR COUNCIL ACQON STAFF REPORT A request has been received from the developer of the mini-storage complex, at 2650 East Highland Avenue, for a waiver of the requirement to underground utilities. This request was made by letter dated 2-04-87, a copy of which is attached for reference. The request contains no information on the voltage or estimate of cost for undergrounding the utilities, but is based upon the fact that they were not made aware of this requirement earlier in the process. Engir.eerint ~I"- Re: Waiver of undergrounding requirement Dear Mr. Hardgrave: Please consider this letter our formal request that utility lines along the frontage of our project located at 2650 Highland Avenue not be undergrounded. This waiver request is based on the fact that such a requirement coming at this stage in our development would constitute an undue hardship upon our company. Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter. s. incerel ~_..- ", /-:-: ~ . . .<... . 'd-. Charles R.
