Applicant hereby acknowledges that he has read and understands provisions of Section 18.18.040 of the San
Bernardino Municipal Code pertaining to bannen. Applicant also acknowledges that a $100.00 permit fee must
be paid at time of application, which is refundable if the permit is not granted. Applicant further acknowledges
that the City of San Bernardino is not responsible for loss or damage to the banner(s) placed hereunder.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The undenigned, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", hereby deposits with the City of San Bernardino. herein-
after referred to as "City", certain property intended for display/public viewing. The property deposited with
the City shall be held by City at the sole risk of the Owner thereof, and the City shall not be liable or oth_ill
responsible for injury, 1011 or destruction from any caUII, whatever. Owner accepts full risk of any such loll.
Owner understands that City is not guaranteeing or in any way allUring the IIfekeeping of such property, and ell
risk of loss by fire, flood, earthquake, theft, mysterious dillppearance or any other caUII is solely on the Owner.
