STAFF REPORT
Section 13.32.070 of the Municipal Code requires all new
developments to connect to the City's sewer system, unless a
waiver is obtained from the Mayor and Council. ~.~~
Requests for waivers are submitted to our office for a
determination if one or more of the conditions required for a
waiver are present. An agenda item is then prepared with our
findings and recommendation.
The proposed ordinance will revise Section 12.32.070 by
addition of Subsection C, which establishes an administrative fee
of $500.00 to cover City costs for processing requests for a
waiver.
We recommend that the ordinance be approved.

SUBSECTION B, OF SECTION 13.32.070 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE PAYMENT OF A $500.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
FOR PROCESSING REQUESTS FOR A WAIVER Of, THE REQUIREMENT TO
CONNECT TO THE SEWER SYSTEM.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 13.32.070 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended by addition of Subsection C as follows:
