STAFF REPORT
The United States Conference of Mayors "Conference on Crime
and Drugs" will be held September l7-l8, 1989 at the Grand
Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C. Captain Dan Robbins will be
attending this very vital and important conference with me.
It is respectfully requested that the second Council Meeting
in September be held on Wednesday, September 20th in lieu of
the regularly scheduled meeting of Monday, September 18th.
