I recently purchased the above referenced lot from the estate of Cecil and
Beverly Whitaker.
Several years ago this property was destroyed by fire, and I am starting
construction to re-build this property as soon as possible.
This is my formal request to respectively ask for the fees to be waivered
on all existing services, i.e., sewer and strom drain fees, Unified School
District fees, and gas connection should it apply. All of these services
were paid for by the original owner and are present on the property.
Thank you for your consideration, and I will await your notification as to
when my request will appear on your agenda.
