1. A Resolution of the Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino (?Commission?) approving and authorizing the Chairperson of the
Commission to execute a Professional Services Agreement by and between the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino (?Agency?) and the
Urban Land Institute (?ULI?), a non profit research and education organization,
to develop a land use plan and urban design for the greater downtown area of
the City, in an amount of not to exceed $115,000.
MOTION: That full reading of the resolution be waived; and that said
resolution be adopted.

NOTE: The next joint regular meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council/Community Development Commission is scheduled for 1:30
p.m., Monday, May 7, 2007, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
