Bids for installation of storm drain improvements in 48th
Street, from Electric Avenue to Pershing Avenue, were opened at

Pipeline Construction Company on the basis that the low bidder, II
& II General Contractors, failed to sign their bid bond. The City
Attorney's office concurs that the low bidder's bid bond is not
valid, and their bid is non-responsive.
