Section 186 of the City Charter established a formula for setting salaries for local safety members, effective August 1 of each year, City staff has reached agreement with Fire Safety Employees on the ten cities whose salaries will be averaged to determine this year's P-l, P-2, P-3 and P-4 salaries for the Fire Department.
