On August 19, 1991, the Co_ity Development Commission adopted the
Economic Development Agency's budget for the fiscal year 1991-1992.
The AgencY's budget for the fiscal year 1992-1993 was disseminated on
Friday, June 12, 1992, to the Collllliunity Development COIIIIIission. It is
anticipated that the budget will be discussed at the Redevelopment
Committee meeting on June 18, 1992, and placed before the Community
Development Co_ission on July 6, 1992.
Until the Co_ity Development Co_ission formally adopts the
1992-1993 fiscal year budget, a Resolution must be adopted allowing the
Agency to continue expenditures at the budgeted level for fiscal year
1991-1992.
A copy of the proposed Resolution is attached, authorizing the Agency
to continue at the current expenditure level of $71,575,823, with an
allowance for specifically approved increases.

The staff of the Economic Development Agenc,. of the Cit,. of San
Bernardino is preparina and will submit to the Co~it,. Development
Commission of the Cit,. of San Bernardino a proposed budget for fiscal
,.ear 1992-1993 and hes requested that a date be set for a hearina
thereon. Until sueb time that a comprehensive hearina on the budget
occurs, the Communit,. Development Commission desires to authorize
the RonQljic DeveU'pment Agenc,. to continue expenditures at the same
