Recommended motion:

That Change Order No. TWO to the contract with Mission Pools, for
the renovation of Delmann Heights Community Center Pool, in
accordance with Plan No. 8630, be approved: to authorize the Con-
tractor to furnish and install a diving board, for an increase in
the contract price of $6,015.00: from $81,304.34 to $87,319.34.

STAFF REPORT

The existing diving board at Delmann Heights Conununity
Center is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. The
Contractor, Mission Pools, was requested to provide a proposal to
furnish and install a new two-meter diving board and mounting
assembly.
The Contractor has quoted a price of $6,015.00 to furnish
and install a new diving board and mounting assembly. We have
reviewed the quoted price, and feel that it is fair and
reasonable for the work involved.
There is a
