STAFF REPORT
Plans for painting various City Public Buildings have been
prepared by the Engine~ring Division, and the project is ready to
be advert4sed for b4ds. The project consists of exterior
painting of Mill, Delmann Heights, Ruben Campos and Lytle Creek
Community Centers: interior painting of the Fifth Street Senior
Citizens Center, Delmann Heights, Lytle Creek, Mill, Ruben
Campos, North Norton and Hernandez Community Centers: and
exterior painting of the Villasenor Library.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:

The. exterior painting of Nicholson Community Center will
be included in the contract documents as an Additive Alternate,
in the event that there will be sufficient funds to finance this
extra work.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
