The project consists, in general, of pro- viding left turn phases for Highland Avenue. Below is an estimate of the total project cost. Construction Contract $ Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1935) Sub-Total Contingencies (15%)f TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 75,000 10,000 85,000 13,000 98,000 The Cooperative Agreement with the State of California provides that the cost will be equally borne by the State and City. The City's share will be financed from the $22,500 paid by two adjoining developments as mitigation measures, $18,750 paid by The Home Depot, and local agency funds allocated under Account No. 242-362-57383.
