STAFF REPORT
Subject: Final determination for Tentative Tract No. 15228, a
request to establish an 18 lot single family subdivision.
Mayor and Common Council Meeting
June 1, 1992
REOUEST
The applicants request approval of an 18 lot single family
subdivision on 5.71 acres located at the southwest corner of
Magnolia Avenue and Ohio Avenue in the RL, Residential Low, General
Plan land use designation.
BACKGROUND
At their meeting of May 4, 1992 the Mayor and Common Council
continued this item until June 1, 1992 to enable the applicant to
redesign the subdivision to eliminate the need for a drainage
easement. The applicant has submitted revised plans. but they have
not been reviewed by staff for adequacy.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests a continuance until June 15, 1992 to allow time for
review of the revised site plan and formulation of conditions of
approval.
