DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SAB BERNARDINO STAFF REPORT Recruitment of Downtown Businesses This item was placed on the agenda at the request of Councilman Hernandez and involves the potential recruitment of downtown businesses by RANCON. Mr. Hernandez has expressed his concerns regarding the Agency's relationship with RANCON as it relates to the Cornerstone Tower Development and, according to Mr. Hernandez, RANCON's apparent willingness to target downtown businesses as these efforts relate to RANCON's Tri-City business developments.
