SYnoDsis of Previous Commission/Council/Committee Action(s):
On February 17, 1992, the Mayor and Common Council approved the
FY1992/1993 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Mix and
authorized staff to solicit proposals for same.

MOTION
That June 1, 1992, at 3:00 p.m., be established as the
date and time certain for the FY 1992/1993 CDBG Public
Hearing for consideration of various proposals requesting
CDBG financial assistance for the period beginning July
1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993.

Settin2 of Date and Time Certain for
FY 1992/1993 CDBG Public Hearin2
On February 17, 1992, the Mayor and Common Council approved and adopted
the FY 1992/1993 CDBG Program Mix and authorized staff to solicit
proposals. The published time period for submission of proposals was
Monday, March 3, 1992 through Friday, April 4, 1992, by 4:00 P.M.
A total of sixty-six (66) proposals were received and reviewed by the
Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee (CDCAC). The CDCAC
will be submitting its recommendations for funding to the Mayor and
Common Council under the public service and capital improvements
categories of the approved Program Mix. These recommendations are to
be considered by the Mayor and Common Council during the Public Hearing
and approved, modified or rejected as appropriate.
Staff recommends adoption of the form motion.
