Item 1. The Agency Chrysler was intended for use by the Executive
Director of the Development Department. The Executive Director has
elected not to use the 1984 Chrysler and the Agency has five other
vehicles available to use for Agency business. The City Purchasing
Agency has agreed to put the vehicle out for bids. Money received from
sale by bids will be returned to the Agency.
Item 2. The furniture and equipment listed was declared as excess to
the Agency's needs and not suitable for use at our new location of 201
North "E" Street. Therefore, it was determined that it was not
practical to sell the used furniture and equipment and to donate it to
the City of San Bernardino.
Staff recommends adoption of the form motion.
