Adjustments in the contract prices are to be negotiated at the time of each such renewal. Contract Change Order No. Five extends the term of the contract for a one-year period, from 7-1-92 to 6-30-93, at a 3.75% increase in contract unit prices. The increase in the basic contract price will be $3,315, from $88,400.00 to $91,715.00. The prices for the supplemental items will remain unchanged at $3,531.00, for a total estimated Annual Contract Cost of $95,246.00.
