STAFF REPORT
The Special Provisions provide that the contract may be
extended for up to two (2) one-year periods, by mutual consent
of the City and Contractor. Adjustments in the contract prices
are to be negotiated at the time of each renewal.
Contract Change Order No. 1 extends the contract for one
year, as allowed under the special provisions of the contract,
at no increase in contract unit prices.
Below is an estimate of the total annual cost:
