Dear Mr. Peters:
This letter will serve as a courtesy reminder that at the
November 4, 1991 meeting of the Mayor and Common Council the
matter concerning your appeal of the Board of Building
Commissioners findings to rehabilitate structures to meet all
Building and Safety codes located at 1095 West Spruce, was
continued to the first Council meeting in May, 1992.
The item will therefore be placed on the Council agenda for the
meeting of May 4, 1992. Your item will be heard during the
morning session of the Council meeting which begins at 9:30 a.m.
For your reference, I am enclosing a copy of an extract of the
official Council minutes of November 4, 1991 showing the motion
which was adopted concerning your appeal. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to call this office at 384-
5102.

Dear Mr. Peters:

At the meeting of the Mayor and Common Council held on November
4, 1991, your appeal of the Board of Building Commissioners
findings to rehabilitate structures to meet all Building and
Safety Codes located at 1095 West Spruce, was heard. "

The Council approved the following action that the property owner
is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. To immediately vacate the property.
2.
To immediately
violations; or
correct
all
health
and
safety
3. To demolish the building on the property within six
months of this date.
That the City Department of planning and Building Services
shall provide appellant with a list of health and safety
violations within ten days of vacating the premises.
That the letter of Mr. David Hatfield entitled "Waiver of
Release Ii Other Matters" dated october 28, 1991, addressed
to the City of San Bernardino shall also be admitted into
evidence and incorporated into the record in its' entirety.
