Synopsis of Previous Council action:
The Mayor and Common Council continued the appeal of the Planning
Commission's denial of Variance No. 91-20 for 30 days and directed
staff to research some of the issues.
Recommended motion:
That the appeal of Variance No. 91-20 be continued for 30 days to
to the Mayor and Common Council meeting of June 1, 1992, to give
staff and the owner/applicant sufficient time to address the issues
identified by the Mayor and Common Council.
