To Worn It May Concern:
The League Of Women Voters of San Bernardino and the
San Bernardino Clergy Association will be co-spon-
soring a public forum-debate to inform the electorate
about the city charter Amendments Initiatives to b e
voted on at the June 2nd primary. We plan on airing
this event live on Channel 3 on May 28th from 6:30 P.M.
to 9:P.M.
Because this is a public service for the City of San
6ernardino, we would like to request the use of the
City Counc~l Chambers for this event and ask thatall
fees for the use of this facility be waived.
