The agreement represents the culmination of negotiationa between staff and Leon Jordan of Dukes-Dukes and Associates. Please note that the final agreed upon language was underlined to assist staff, Dukes and now the Commission in reviewing the attached agreement. Please note that the agreement was faxed to staff and Dukes simultaneously on April 15, 1992 to expedite the review and approval process. With the approval of the Commission and Agency Counsel and the submission of appropriate documentation by Dukes, the net loan proceeds can be disbursed.
